Gum Massage
Who doesn’t want a massage? Your gums certainly would love one too! You can massage your gums to help them feel good AND be healthy. A gum massage helps flush out plague and cellular fluids. It also helps improve the circulation in your gums as well.
To perform a gum massage on yourself all you need is come coconut oil and your finger! Put a small amount of coconut oil on your pointer finger and gently rub/massage in a circular motion on the inside and outside of your gums. Do this on your upper and lower jaw.
